Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, a national leader in innovation and excellence, has partnered with the University of Virginia to turn around 14 schools within the district. The goal of this initiative is to increase academic achievement and graduation rates. We will plan strategically, utilize nationally recognized professional development, and provide job-embedded coaching and support in order to transform leadership, instruction, and culture into sustainable results at each school.
